Refund & Cancellation Policy

The PYC cancellation and refund policy as under:

Full Container Load (FCL):

1.

There is no charge for any transaction if the order is cancelled before the Delivery Order (D.O.) is issued and within two hours of confirming the booking.

2.

Transactions cancelled after issuance of the booking but before picking of the container will attract a cancellation fee of Rs. 360 per container + Service Tax. Exceptionally, for regular customer PYC may decide to waive-off this charge.

3.

Transactions cancelled after pick-up of container will attract a Cancellation Fee of Rs. 1000 per container + the necessary empty drop-fee or any other charge towards damage/survey/washing of the container as levied by the shipping line + Service Tax. The empty drop fee will be dependent on the shipping line can to be confirmed at the time of the transaction.

Any transaction where containers are loaded onboard the booked vessel, 100% freight shall be termed as earned fully and non-refundable due to any reason. PYC reserves their right to handle such matters on case to case basis covering any loss, liability, consequences and additional charges incurred by the shipping line. PYC can well manage expectations should your order is re-booked for any other country.

Less than Container Load (LCL):

There is no charge for any transaction if the order is cancelled before the Carting Order (Entry into CFS) is issued and within two hours of confirming the booking.

Transactions cancelled after issuance of the carting order booking but before the cargo being carted physically will attract a cancellation fee of Rs. 360 per shipment + Service Tax. Exceptionally, for regular customer PYC may decide to waive-off this charge.

Transactions cancelled after carting of the goods will attract a Cancellation Fee of Rs. 1000 per shipment + the necessary storage and carting fees or any other charge towards damage/survey/sorting or others as levied by the co-loader + Service Tax.

Any transaction where cargo is stuffed/loaded inside the container, 100% freight shall be termed as earned fully and non-refundable due to any reason. PYC reserves their right to handle such matters on case to case basis covering any loss, liability, consequences and additional charges incurred by the co-loader. PYC can well manage expectations should your order is re-booked for any other country.

International Couriers:

There is no charge for any transaction if the order is cancelled before the pick has been scheduled and within two hours of confirming the booking.

Transactions cancelled after pick has been scheduled but before the cargo is actually picked up attract a cancellation fee of Rs. 360 per container + Service Tax. Exceptionally, for regular customer PYC may decide to waive-off this charge.

Transactions cancelled after the cargo is picked-up will attract a Cancellation Fee of Rs. 1000 per transaction + the any other charge as levied by the courier partner + Service Tax.

Any transaction where cargo is shipped, 100% freight shall be termed as earned fully and non-refundable due to any reason. PYC reserves their right to handle such matters on case to case basis covering any loss, liability, consequences and additional charges incurred by the co-loader. PYC can well manage expectations should your parcel is re-booked for any other country.

Notice of Cancellation:

Any refund requests will be facilitated through emails to sandeep.bhalotia@planyourcargo.com with the shipment number.

Refund Mode:

Refunds are issued through the same mode of payment through which the payment was received. If you paid online via the payment gateway, we may remit directly into your account reducing the bank transaction fee of 2% + Service tax on the initial payment.

Refund Time:

The refund will be issued within 7 working days of the date of receipt of the refund request.

Note:

In the event a shipment does not proceed AFTER a quote is accepted by the customer on the website, but BEFORE any services are performed by PYC, the customer may be contacted and requested to provide information which confirms the basis of the cancellation. This may include written CONFIRMATION of the CANCELLATION signed by both the buyer and the seller, including reasons for the cancellation, identification of the party responsible for the cancellation, and comments. Repeated cancellation of a similar nature for reasons un-approved by PYC may entitle PYC at its discretion, to cancel your membership. It may also impact your rating on PYC. Failure to exercise this discretion and cancel your membership after any cancellation does not prejudice PYC.

A CANCELLATION is not deemed to have occurred if shipment is DELAYED or RESCHEDULED at a time suitable to both the buyer and the seller.
